If you have made nice with your service advisor he should help you out. typically you just have to remove the cover behind the mirror and remove the bolts.
ive been through 3 or 4 rear sets but thats mainly my friends fault and their loving of rolling windows up and down. at this point i just pulled out the regulators and pinned both windows up with wood. toss some soft substance at the bottom of the door to save the window if it falls and bam, pissed off friends sweating there ass's off and no regulator issues.
